- Due to the fact the raw materials used in our products emanate from natural sources, there may be differences in tone or shade, which do not affect the characteristics of the item.
- Weights and measurements are modular and include joints.
- Delivered in perfect packaging-consisting of palletizing and the shrink wrapping of pallets.
- As our products have a high content of cement, they may appear to have superficial microfissurations which are not faults in the product.
- Because of a possible chemical reaction between cement and carbon dioxide in the air and in certain atmospheric conditions, some products may appear to have efflorescences or carbonates which do not alter the quality of the products. It can not be considered to be a defect of manufacturing.
- In floor and wall-coating products installation, it would be advisable to mix pieces from different boxes or pallets as they could be manufactured at different times resulting in minor differences in shade.
Depending upon the product, placement of items – joints should be between 2mm to 10 mm.
- For maintenance, it is banned to use acid-type products, or aggressive solvents which damage the concrete. To prevent the infiltration of water, the growth of moss and stains penetrations it is advisable to damp-proof the product once the installation has been completed.
- The goods are sold EX-WORKS. The goods travel at buyer's risk and they should check the status of the goods at their reception. If there is any claim, they should contact the transporters. Therefore, Verniprens is not responsible for breakages caused during transport and handling.
- Returns of goods are not accepted.
- No claim against the materials is accepted after 15 days of receipt.
- No claim against the materials are accepted after placement. Any claim must be made IMPERATIVELY BEFORE THE PLACEMENT of the materials. If there were products placed with obvious defects or damaged, the responsibility will never be of Vernipres. Verniprens responsibility is limited to replacing defective pieces.
- The fact of making an order implies the knowledge and total agreement with these conditions of sale, as well as in case of litigation the absolute submission to the judges and courts of Gandia (Valencia), with express resignation of any another jurisdiction.
- The goods are sold with reservation of title clause until full payment.
